Refund & Cancellation Policy

Regular Bookings

For standard bookings, no prepayment or deposit is required. Payment is made on the day of your appointment.
Because no advance payment is collected, refunds are not applicable. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

Party Bookings (Deposit Required)

For party or group bookings that require a deposit, the following refund policy applies:

  1. Full refund — if cancelled at least 1 week before the scheduled appointment.

  2. Store credit refund — if cancelled within 1 week of the appointment.

  3. No refund — for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or in case of no-shows.
